We are not the operators of flights on which reservation or other arrangements for our customers are made Cathay Pacific, Air China, Japan Airline, China Eastern, Lufthansa, Air France, KLM Dutch Airlines, Malaysian Airlines, EVA Air and Qantas Airways.

We accept payment by credit card, cheque or cash. All bookings will need a service charge of 1.5% will be levied on all types of credit card payment (America Express, Visa Card, Master Card, Delta Card).

Charges for alterations of reservation and/or cancellations may apply and vary according to ticket type. Please contact our staff for confirmation of changes.

We recommend that all our customers insure themselves against forced cancellation of their booking due to ill health or other unforeseen circumstances. Eupo-Air and Jade Travel can provide insurance through affiliate travel insurance underwriters. Details can be provided by our sales agents upon booking.

It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that all travel and health documents necessary for their journey are in order. In the case of a passenger being refused permission to board the aircraft or to enter the country of destination, because of failure in this respect, no refund of fare can be made and Eupo-Air/ Jade Travel will accept no liability.
